Bag Sealing Tape is not like BOPP packing tape,Kraft paper tape,foam tape,it’s soft and bigger diameter.If the tape falls or be out of shape,they are not suitable to use on machine to produce packaging bags.They need good protection.In this case,our tape need to be less diameter and better packaing cartons.So,we take 2 steps to keep our tapes safe when shipping.
- Increase tension to decrease diameter.For example,PE05*1000m*20rolls tape,we make it from 29CM to 28CM.Not even the tape itself safer,we can make the carton size smaller from 325mm*325mm*325mm to 315mm*315mm*315mm.
- Strength carton thick.One of the differences between our exported bag sealing tape and China domestic bag sealing tape is that our cartons are harder and stronger.Our cartons won’t be out of shape in normal impact.
Besides,mall cartons are easier to move and save place in containers,but the length and weight are not changed.
Bulk in container,we suggest 1250m*16rolls packaging,you can save 4 times to change rolls on machine.
For permanent sealing tape,the carton diameter now is 385mm*385mm,just right to full the container.
